The Pacifique Lounge Chair was designed by Michel Bufet in 1954. It was manufactured, displayed and marketed in 1954 as part of a festival of French creation organized by Galeries Layayette in Paris.
It will embrace you as you sit back and invites pure relaxation. Handcrafted in rattan it has beautiful woven details along the chairs armrests.
The Pacifique is part of Sika-Design's exclusive ICONS collection which represents re launched design furniture from some of the world's most famous architects and designers of their time.
Ideal for your home and/or holiday house and commercial projects, the Pacifique is handcrafted in sustainable Indonesian rattan by skilled wicker makers. Sika-Design uses carefully selected rattan for furniture production to ensure the highest quality. Rattan is a solid and remarkably strong and indestructible material and therefore these unique pieces of rattan furniture are capable of lasting for generations.
