Do you have a shop-front store?
No, we’re an online only store. We partner with valued wholesalers and their brands to share with you our range of quality products inspired by coastal interior styles.
How do I make purchases?
To make purchases, select your items, add them to cart, then head over to the checkout page. From there, fill in your personal and payment details and make yor purchase.
Can I cancel my order?
Once we finalise your order, all cancellations are subject to a $75 administration fee. If your order has shipped, we will not be able to accept cancellations. You may request a return of your item/s by following our Return Policy.
What if I would like to return an item?
We believe that our customers will be satisfied when they invest in our curated pieces. We ask that you thoughtfully consider your purchase prior to placing your order. You may return your item for a store credit within 7 days provided that your return meets the conditions outlined in our Return Policy. Costs associated with returning your item will be deducted from your store credit, which is valid for 12 months. The balance of your store credit can be applied to future purchases.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping costs are additional to the product price and cover the logistics of safely delivering your order to your address in line with estimated delivery times. We will send you a quote for standard delivery within 3 business days after you submit your order. We can arrange a quote for a premium delivery service if noted in the special requests during checkout. We will not finalise your order until shipping costs have been accepted and paid. We offer a full refund on your purchase should you not accept the shipping costs quoted. Alternatively, you can reach out to us at info@byronandbondi.com.au prior to your purchase and we will advise shipping costs on the items you are interested in purchasing. Where do you ship?
We ship Australia-wide only. We do not offer international shipping at this stage of our journey. For customers in undeliverable regional and remote areas, we will work with you to find a suitable solution for delivery to an area closest to where you live or offer a full refund prior to your order being processed by us. How long will my order take?
We will process your order Monday through Friday and within 3 working days of you submitting your order, provided shipping costs are accepted by you. Your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. We work with our partners to deliver your order within 5-15 business days after dispatch during non-peak periods. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Please note that combined shipping may not be available for all items and there may be occasions where we will need to send your order in separate deliveries. Do I have to be home to receive my order?
Our standard delivery is based on a kerb-side service to the address stated and assistance may be required from you to transport the item inside your property or for heavy or oversized items. We can assist with providing a quote for a premium delivery service if required. You are responsible for ensuring that your property is accessible and that your items purchased will fit through doorways, stairs, lifts, corridors and any other obstacle when accessing your property. We may accept an Authority to Leave but take no responsibility for items that have been left at your premises. Please refer to our Shipping & Handling for further information.
What if I receive damaged, faulty or incorrect Items?
We are dedicated to working with you and our partners to ensure you receive the items you ordered without damage or fault. We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us by sending photos and details of any issue within 48 hours.
